How much does the site visit cost?
The visit is free and non-binding: our master craftsman comes, looks at the property and discusses your tasks.
How quickly can you come?
Within 2 working days after the visit time is agreed, provided the property is accessible and within our service area (Bergstraße, Rhine-Main-Neckar).
When will I receive the quote?
Within 3 working days after the visit for standard scopes of work. For complex projects we agree the deadline during the visit. The quote states the final price right away, so you know it before work starts.
When do you reply to requests?
During working hours (Mon–Fri, 8 am–6 pm, except public holidays) within 1 minute. If you write outside these hours, we reply at the start of the next working day.
What does a turnkey renovation include?
We coordinate the entire process, from demolition and drywall to final finishing. Specialist work is carried out by vetted partner companies with the required qualifications.
What does DBD Service do?
Small repairs, house and property care, furniture assembly and cleaning. We are available during working hours (Mon–Fri 8–18, except public holidays) and agree the appointment when you get in touch. In an emergency involving water, gas or electricity, please contact your utility's emergency service or 112 first.
One-off or under a contract?
Both are possible. You can book a single task, such as a repair or furniture assembly. Or we agree a service contract for regular care, for example fixed visits for your house and grounds. Property managers can also get a framework agreement. Scope, frequency and price are agreed in writing in advance.
What happens with work beyond the agreed scope?
We discuss it with you in advance and start only after your approval. The price for the agreed scope stays the same.
What if the schedule shifts?
We set the deadlines in the contract. If a date shifts for external reasons (weather, material deliveries, hidden defects in the property, approvals), we tell you right away and agree the new date with you in writing.
Who is my contact person during the work?
One responsible person who is available to you at every stage of the project.
Which areas do you cover?
Our focus is the Bergstraße and the Rhine-Main-Neckar region. Send us the address of the property and we will confirm whether we can come.

3. Hosting
Diese Website wird bei einem externen Dienstleister gehostet. Hosting-Anbieter ist Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Mit Cloudflare besteht ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung (Cloudflare Customer Data Processing Addendum, abrufbar unter cloudflare.com/dpa). Eine Übermittlung in die USA erfolgt auf Grundlage geeigneter Garantien (Standardvertragsklauseln bzw. EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Der Anbieter verarbeitet beim Aufruf der Seite die unten genannten Server-Logdaten.
4. Server-Logfiles
Beim Aufruf dieser Website werden automatisch Daten übermittelt und kurzzeitig gespeichert: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit der Anfrage, abgerufene Seite, Browsertyp und -version, Betriebssystem sowie die zuvor besuchte Seite. Dies dient der Sicherheit und der technischen Bereitstellung der Website (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Die Daten werden nach kurzer Zeit gelöscht, sofern keine längere Speicherung aus Sicherheitsgründen erforderlich ist.

Wenn Sie uns per Telefon, E-Mail, WhatsApp oder über das Kontaktformular kontaktieren, verarbeiten wir Ihre Angaben (z. B. Beim Absenden werden die eingegebenen Daten an nForms übermittelt und von dort per E-Mail an uns weitergeleitet. nForms verarbeitet die Daten im Auftrag und ausschließlich in der Europäischen Union; für Hosting und E-Mail-Versand setzt der Dienst technische Dienstleister ein (u. a. Cloudflare und Resend). Beim Dienst werden Formular-Eingaben im kostenlosen Tarif nach spätestens sieben Tagen automatisch gelöscht. [ERGÄNZEN: Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag mit nForms abschließen bzw. schriftlich bestätigen lassen.]
Bewerbungen für unser Team (Formular „Sie möchten in unser Team?“): Wir verarbeiten Vorname, Nachname, E-Mail-Adresse und Ihre Angaben zu Ihren Fähigkeiten ausschließlich, um Ihre Bewerbung zu prüfen und Sie zu kontaktieren (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO bzw. Einwilligung nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO).
